We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all handbags purchased from www.ModMingle.Store.
To be eligible:
- The handbag must be unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or stains.
📦 Reasons You Can Return or Exchange
- Received the wrong item or color
- The handbag arrived damaged or defective
- You want to exchange for another design, size, or color (subject to availability)
❗ Please note: Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted. We encourage customers to review product images and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Support Team Within 7 Days
Send us a message on WhatsApp (0300 6815019) with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if it’s damaged or incorrect. - Wait for Return Approval
Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back. - Ship the Handbag Safely
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to our return address. Return shipping charges apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect. - Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the handbag:- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued via store credit or bank transfer
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged handbags
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Sale items or items marked “Final Sale”
- Handbags with missing tags, dust bags, or original packaging
